170 ISCAR PRE-THREAD DRILLING WITH CHAMFERING CHAM-RING Body ConstructionThe CHAM-RING has two chamfering inserts designated XCGT %u2026 that provide a balanced and smooth cut during the chamfering operation for blind and through hole applications. The unique design of two chamfering inserts on the standard CHAM-RING enables a combination operation of drilling and chamfering.A constant speed and feed can be maintained during both operations, resulting in high quality of both the hole and the chamfer.
