Recommended Application
The IC830 grade is a PVD AlTiN+TiN coated carbide for indexable milling cutters, enhanced with a SUMO TEC surface treatment. Ideal for milling, grooving, and parting operations on stainless steel, high temperature alloys, and alloy steels. Recommended for interrupted cutting and heavy-duty machining operations. First-choice carbide grade for milling Inconel and demanding superalloys.

  • IC830 (SUMO TEC, PVD AlTiN+TiN): Exceptional for milling, grooving, and parting stainless steel and high-temperature alloys. Optimal for heavy and interrupted cuts.
